Exercise Much?

Welcome to 2008 and I hope you are hitting the gym keeping up with your New Year's resolution to get into better shape then you were in high school.

This year has really started out well for me with the launch of some new services through TrainerForce, an online personal training resource. My client base is also pretty solid right now, having added about six new people to the group. I am also going to take a Spinning certification through Mad Dog in late March and expand into the group fitness arena.

These are my resolutions for 2008:
  1. Write bi-weekly in my blog
  2. Write a fitness/wellness/health article every week and try to get it published
  3. Start and keep up with martial arts
  4. Never miss schedule clients and cause sessions conflicts
  5. Create a small health and fitness empire

Yep, this is going to be a big year!
