Leg and Hip work-
Band Walks
Single Leg-Press
Superset- Overhead Squat with Single-Leg Squats

Stability Ball Flys w/ In and outs
Sit-up to press
Rolling-Press with Push-ups

Military Press w/ Front Raise
Single arm revers fly in Plank

20minute Run
